Purpose of This Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which Beau Fleming Services, Inc. (“BFSI,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) may issue refunds for services purchased by clients. By booking or purchasing any service from BFSI, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

Service‑Based Refund Eligibility

Because BFSI provides labor‑based cleaning and maintenance services, refunds are generally not issued once services have been rendered. However, we are committed to client satisfaction and will review concerns on a case‑by‑case basis.

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

Services were not delivered as described
A scheduling or billing error occurred on our end
A service was canceled by BFSI before work began

Refunds will not be issued for:

Client dissatisfaction based on preferences not communicated prior to service
Work completed according to the agreed scope
Missed appointments due to client unavailability
Situations where access to the property was not provided

3. Deposits and Prepayments

All deposits and prepayments are non‑refundable, unless BFSI cancels the service before work begins. Deposits may be applied to rescheduled appointments at our discretion.

4. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund review, clients must contact us within 48 hours of the service date and provide:

Full name
Service address
Date of service
Description of the issue
Any supporting photos or documentation

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
